Bryan Sims is a Principal Broker and owner of Sims Realty, LLC in Corvallis, OR. Bryan brings a unique blend of business, financial, and real estate experiences together to help clients with their housing needs, while specializing in Commercial and Investment properties. Bryan has been personally involved in both Residential and Commercial real estate for over 15 years and currently sits on the Board of Advantis Credit Union, the Finance Committee for the Benton Community Foundation and is a participant in Leadership Corvallis.

In his past life, Bryan started and ran a couple of companies, was a licensed Investment Banker, Financial Advisor, and a Chartered Financial Consultant. Because of these and other experiences, he brings a highly analytical approach to real estate matched with the research and due diligence to obtain the best possible terms for his clients on both the buy and sell sides. He has a passion for working with small business owners and their unique real estate and financing needs.

Bryan grew up in Corvallis, later living in San Francisco and Portland. Like many in the Willamette Valley, Bryan, his wife and two kids gradually worked their back and are happy to be living in Corvallis.
